Refunds & Rescheduling
By booking or purchasing with Rare Lens LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Retainer (Non-Refundable)
A 50% retainer is required to reserve your session date. Because this time is held exclusively for you, retainers are non-refundable if you cancel for any reason. This policy takes precedence over any generic 30-day “change of mind” provisions found in standard e-commerce policies.
2. Session Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session one time without penalty if you provide at least 72 hours’ written notice.
• Notice received less than 72 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
• A new retainer will be required to secure a future date.
3. Digital Products & Final Images (Non-Refundable)
All digital products—including high-resolution files, retouched images, presets, e-books, and other downloads—are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstance.
This includes both Standard and Advanced photo editing services once final files have been delivered.
4. Proof Gallery Approval
Proof galleries remain active for 7 days. Retouch requests or notes must be submitted within this timeframe. Once images are approved and the final gallery is delivered, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.
5. How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a claim, please email info@rarelensphotography.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Supporting images or documentation (if applicable)
Unauthorized returns or chargebacks submitted without prior communication will be declined.
6. Refund Processing (Eligible Cases Only)
Refunds are only issued in approved cases (e.g., duplicate payment). If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and advise on next steps.
You will be notified once your request has been reviewed. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to info@rarelensphotography.com.
